Membership is open to experienced musicians, subject to ability and needed instrumentation. If you would like to enroll, but your section is full, you can be put on the waiting list to be called when a vacancy develops. There is a modest enrollment fee payable to MiraCosta College every ten weeks.

Rehearsals are held from 7:00 to 9:30 pm every Monday evening at Oak Crest Middle School. The school is located at 675 Balour Drive in Encinitas, California.
